The Dubuque Racing Association, which started in 1985, provides for social, economic and community development and lessens the burden of Dubuque City Government, while contributing to the growth and viability of the Dubuque area. The Association has been a long-time supporter of Make-A-Wish, and has contributed to many wishes over the years to wish children in the Dubuque area who live with a life-threatening medical condition.
This year’s grant award benefited one area wish children, who wished to go to on the Disney Cruise Line® .
